CrossFit is emerging as the most effective and exciting exercise program in the world today. It makes you stronger, fitter, faster and look amazingly lean and athletic. What else could you ask for in an exercise program?

In its simplest form CrossFit is a time efficient program that mixes lifting things (including you) with moving things (including you) in a workout for time.

Much of CrossFit’s appeal comes from its variety and ability to motivate through demonstrating how you are improving every session. One of the most common downfalls of other training programs is that you lose motivation because you don’t feel like anything is happening quickly enough.

CrossFit is for everyone from kids to grannies and everyone in between. CrossFit is completely adaptable to the individual’s ability, maintaining all of its effectiveness. We believe those with the most to gain from this program are those that are less fit and de-motivated.
